FAST BREAK SCHOLARSHIPS

Eligible Applicants
Any boy or girl living in the Capital District and surrounding areas who has a positive attitude toward school and other areas of their lives. The focus is on families with income levels under $25,000 with exceptions for larger families and current circumstances.

Application Process
- Contact The Fast Break Fund by emailing Kris Dzikas (kdzikas@pva.net) or Call Kris Dzikas or Larry Hynes at (518) 881-1670
- Complete the application form and return it to The Fast Break Fund. Please be sure that the application is signed by the child's parent or guardian.
- Along with the application please send a copy of last semester's report card. We are looking at attitude and effort more than grades.
- Parent or child must write a short paragraph explaining why they are deserving of this scholarship.
2008 Scholarships will be available after February 1, 2008.
